SAWLUBE AL502
Description:
A low viscosity, thermally stable, ester based lubricant for use on aluminium ingot and bar for sawing applications.
The product may be applied by air mist lubricator or may be flood applied.
In use the product gives the following advantages.
Features:
- Mineral oil free – reduced exposure hazard. |
- Low odour and pale colour – good operator acceptability. |
- Excellent lubricity. |
- Does not cause stains or discolouration of the working material. |
- Thermally stable – reduced sticky deposits. |
- High flash point compared to mineral oils of similar viscosity. |
