With new advice issued almost daily by UK and Irish governments, we have produced information pages for consumers and heating technicians. These will be updated regularly as and when new guidance is published.
The current social distancing measures are having a profound impact on our daily lives, like many other organisations, OFTEC is embracing remote working for the first time, so please bear with us. Whilst most services are continuing, wait times for responses may be longer than usual.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our information pages for consumers and heating technicians as quickly as possible once new official guidance is announced. Please check the date at the top of the page to see when the last updates were added – if you are visiting the page regularly you may want to refresh it to check if an update has been added.
The pages include information on what type of work can be carried out in people’s homes and extra precautions that technicians and consumers will need to take. The technician’s page also includes links to online sources of support for small businesses to help get you through this challenging time.
