We hope our valued customers are doing their best to keep safe and well during these challenging times. We will do our best to keep you informed about how the virus is affecting our operational capabilities and what steps we are taking to mitigate their effects.

We will post regular updates to our Website and Facebook pages so please use these channels wherever possible as a quick source of information.

DELIVERIES

At the moment we are not experiencing any supply interruptions and our drivers are working hard to meet our customer’s needs and expectations. Lead times are a little longer than normal but at the present time there is plenty of fuel for all our regular customers so there is no need to ‘top-up’ or order if you don’t need any. Please keep regular checks on your fuel and allow up to 2 weeks for us to deliver.

HOW CAN YOU HELP ?

There are ways we can help each other:-

BE PREPARED

Think ahead and check your oil tank on a regular basis. Order your fuel giving us plenty of advance notice – 2 weeks if possible. Don’t leave it too late.

ORDER BY EMAIL

If our phone lines are busy you can order by email at the addresses shown above or via our website. Please be patient and bear with us. We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order and arrange a delivery date

SELF-ISOLATION

If you are self-isolating at home or are not well, please inform us at the time you place your order. We are following Government advice around good hygiene and person-to person contact. In order to protect you, we ask you to help our drivers by keeping your distance and not approaching them whilst they are making a delivery.

DELIVERY TICKETS

To further reduce person-to person contact we will not be asking for customer signatures after delivery for the foreseeable future. All our tankers are fitted with Weights & Measures approved meters and delivery quantities are automatically printed after delivery onto your delivery ticket.
We understand that some of our customers may require a signed delivery ticket by a member of their staff as part of their normal payment process, however, this will not be possible until further notice. We will assume that you are happy to proceed on this basis and waive any contractual requirement for signed delivery tickets when you order your fuel from us in future

SUPPLIES

As an Authorised Distributor for JET we are confident that our contracted supplies will remain available, but if there are any interruptions then we will post this on our usual channels.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY DELIVERY?

If you believe you will run out before we can get to you – don’t worry. All our Depot’s carry emergency packs of fuel that can be collected from your local Depot.
These come in either 5 x 20 litre cardboard containers or, 4 x 25 litre plastic drums. Please contact your Depot before collecting so that we can get a pack ready for you.

PAYMENT

Payment in advance by Debit or Credit card is the safest and most secure way to pay for your oil. We can accept your details over the telephone. This cuts down person-to -person contact.

We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. We are here to help and we are doing our best to maintain the service you have come to expect. However, there may be times when this service slips over the coming weeks, due to staff shortages. We will keep you informed with regular updates
