Having raised more than £10,000 for charitable causesfrom their participation in the 2012 Three Peaks Challenge, 20 staff from the AtlasFram Group farmers’ cooperative in Suffolk will be aiming to do even better by taking part in the 2014 Caledonian Challenge and Caledonian Hike events in Scotland on 14/15 June.
The grueling Caledonian Challenge requires participants to walk 54 miles in 24 hours, a tough, but achievable test of endurance which takes in the Great Glen Way and Western Highland Way from Gairlochy near Fort William, south to Strathfillan
Money raised by members of Team AtlasFram over and above the target figure will be donated to the Group’s own charity, the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.
Barton Petroleum will be supplying free fuel for their Support vehicles. Good luck guys!
